Active Ingredients: Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1 g (1000 mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 600 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 100 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 500 mg.

Adults - Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 1+ years - Take 1 capsule a day (ages 1 - 12 years, pierce or squeeze into milk, juice or cereal).
